Delivery terms:

4.1 Delivery methods: We offer trackable standard delivery with various shipping companies, such as UPS, DHL, FedEx and more. You will be notified with a tracking number regarding which shipping company we choose for your particular delivery.

4.2 Delivery times: Estimated delivery times will be indicated at checkout based on selected delivery method and delivery destination. Please note that these times are estimates only and actual delivery times may vary. See also the table under the heading "Shipping and delivery times".

4.3 Delivery restrictions: We deliver to most addresses within the area we serve. Any restrictions on delivery to certain locations will be indicated at checkout.

4.4 Delays: Despite our best efforts, sometimes delays in delivery may occur due to external factors such as weather conditions or transport problems. We will do our best to inform you of any delays and update you on expected delivery times.

4.5 Receipt of delivery: It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery at the specified delivery address. Unclaimed packages will be charged SEK 250 as this entails administrative costs for us. We will not send your package again, but you must place a new order if the goods are returned. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by the customer's inability to accept delivery.

Return conditions including right of withdrawal:

5.1 Return policy and right of withdrawal: We strive to offer a simple and fair return policy for our customers, including right of withdrawal according to law. According to the Consumer Purchase Act, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. Fill in the Swedish Consumer Agency's return form, which you can find here. Further instructions on how to proceed can be found on the return form. When exercising your right of withdrawal, you as the customer are responsible for the return shipping.

5.2 Return process: To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact our customer service via email to support@gojgoj.se to notify that you intend to make a return. Enter your name, address, e-mail address, order number and then fill in the Consumer Agency's return form. Keep in mind that the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

5.3 Return shipping: You as the customer are responsible for return shipping, delivery and condition of the products upon return, the products should therefore be sent well packaged and in their original packaging.

5.4 Refund: When returning the item under the right of withdrawal, we will refund the amount you paid for the item within 14 days of receiving the item in return. A refund or credit is made to the original payment method, which normally takes place within 14 working days from the time we receive and approve your return. Refunds can only be made to the same bank account and payment method that you used when paying. From the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the reduction in value compared to the product's original value in the case of a used or damaged product.

10.1 Applicable legislation: These general terms and conditions and all agreements entered into between us and you are governed by Swedish legislation for e-commerce and consumer purchases, including the following laws:

  • The Consumer Purchase Act (1990:932): This act regulates agreements between traders and consumers regarding the purchase of goods, including consumers' rights in the event of faulty goods, complaints and guarantees.

Disputes regarding the interpretation or application of these general terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.

Other Provisions:

11.1 Completeness: These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of our products and services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements and understandings, written or oral, between the parties.

11.2 Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such provision or our rights to enforce it later.

11.3 Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent.

Return, complaint, cancellation and refund policy

How do I return my item?

  • Contact our customer service via email to support@gojgoj.se to notify that you intend to make a return. Fill in the Swedish Consumer Agency's return form, which you can find here. Further instructions on how to proceed can be found on the return form. When exercising your right of withdrawal, you as the customer are responsible for the return shipping. Other costs, such as the cost of the item and shipping from us to you will be refunded. We will not redeem packages against cash on delivery and we recommend that you return the shipment in a way that makes the shipment arrive at our return address. We do not have the option of redeeming packages at postal agents.

Claims and complaints

  • We inspect all products before they are sent to you. Should the product still be damaged or wrongly shipped when it arrives, we undertake, in accordance with current consumer protection legislation, to rectify the error free of charge.
  • You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
  • The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered

How do you proceed with a complaint?

  • Any errors and or defects must always be reported to support@gojgoj.se, where you state your name, address, e-mail address, order number and a description of the error.
  • If we are unable to remedy the defect or supply a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We are responsible for return shipping in the event of approved complaints.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not faulty in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. In the case of complaints, we follow guidelines from the General Complaints Board, see arn.se.

Right of withdrawal

  • When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you have received an item that you have ordered. 
  • You must announce that you regret it. The message must be sent to us at support@gojgoj.se. In your message, your name, your address, e-mail address, the order number and which goods the return applies to must be clearly stated.
  • You should return the products to us immediately and at the latest within the statutory 14 days after the cancellation notice.
  • You are responsible for return shipping, delivery and condition of the products upon return, the products should therefore be sent well packaged and in their original packaging.
  • From the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the reduction in value compared to the original value of the product in the case of a used or damaged product.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if:

  • Products that have been sealed (sealed) for health or hygiene reasons and where the seal (sealing) has been broken by you.
  • Products that have the character of sealed sound or image recording and where the seal has been broken by you.
  • Custom-made product, which has been tailored especially for you or has a clear personal touch according to your wishes.
  • Services that have been completed and where you have expressly consented to the commencement of the service without right of withdrawal.
  • Goods that can quickly deteriorate, for example food.
  • Loose numbers of newspapers or magazines.

Refund/Credit

Payment provider

Freight company

What is shared with shipping companies is first name, last name and address information for delivery. Email address and/or mobile number may also be shared with shipping companies for notification.
